Does anyone have an agreement template for when a faculty member would like to 'put' an instrument in shared space? We have a facility with a bit of room and the Director has had 4 different individuals want to house their items there. I'm thinking the agreement would be for a set time period and also allow instrument use by others while in the shared facility for a fee. If after a set period of time, the instrument is really not used and just taking up space, the owner needs to relocate it. This isn't a 'donation' to the facility - just housing. Thoughts and any ideas here?
