Hello Biobank Community.
I have a group who reached out to us asking if we could help them generate sequencing data for a large biobank they want to create.
They plan to collect 100,000 patient samples and do Whole Genome Sequencing on all the samples and store that data and some biological samples for a few-for-use biobank for researchers.
My question to this group is if anyone has an idea of what kinds of funding would be worth pursuing to help with this endeavor? Additionally if you or someone you know has does this before would love to hear how it was done.
