Hello Everyone,
Within our Core facilities, staff effort in our recharge rates is frequently added to or removed from grants and other funding sources throughout the year.
Assuming you face similar fluctuations, how do you manage these personnel adjustments in relation to your approved rates?
Specifically, does your institution require you to resubmit your rate packages for review every time an effort change occurs? Or does your institution allow you to make these changes at the time its needed and only review the effort when the rate renewal is due.
