We wanted to share this special opportunity to participate in the FASEB Fellows for the Future program, which supports the development of the next generation of science researchers through mentoring and professional development.
This is a great way for experienced members to help early career professionals and for Fellows to benefit from networking and training opportunities.

| FASEB volunteers, FASEB continues to support diversity and inclusion with an exciting new member benefit, FASEB Fellows for the Future. Your help is needed to promote these programs! The FASEB Fellows for the Future promotional toolkit includes sample language that can be used to share this opportunity with your society colleagues easily. | | About FASEB Fellows for the Future FASEB Fellows for the Future is a cohort-based project for early-career researchers from historically excluded groups* that involves mentoring, community support, and leadership training to support Fellows' development of activities to promote diversity and inclusion within their respective FASEB member societies. In addition to the Fellow's role as culture change agents, the fellowship is intended to foster pathways for them to advance within society leadership. More information, including eligibility requirements and time commitment, can be found here. | | Be a Mentor! Each fellow will be matched with a mentor who will champion their participation in society leadership and volunteer activities. FASEB Fellows for the Future Mentors are expected to actively support mentees' professional development throughout fellowship and society activities. Like the Fellows, Mentors will participate in onboarding activities to ensure appropriate mentor-mentee matches and uniform mentor training. In addition to bi-monthly meetings with Fellows, mentors will support Fellows in their participation in society activities and throughout the in-person leadership retreat.
