Hi Everyone,

Last Thursday we met as a Committee and as part of my annual update of this group please send me a reply email letting me know if:

1. You would like to continue to be a member of this Committee meaning:
1. Active participation in monthly meetings
2. Active participation in emails and discussions regarding CAN-CC
2. You would like to respectfully be removed as a member of the Committee.
3. Other: Please let me know if you have any questions/comments.

We will continue to meet on the 2^nd Thursday of each month at 11 am EST.  Ken will be sending out the new meeting invites once we can confirm membership of this committee.

Our notes from our last meeting are below. 

1. Updates on status of costing tool and Business Plan Templates
1. Cost Tool going to Ken by Friday, June 15
2. Business Plan Templates closing out the end of July (Gordon)
3. Need help writing capital asset management paper.
2. Discussed Membership of CAN-CC
3. Discussed Goals for Next year:
1. None determined awaiting final committee membership.
2. Request from EB is to align with Strategic Goals
3. We've done most of them already – review Strategic Goals by next meeting.
4. Discussed need for Business Skills Trainers
5. Discussed overlap in efforts between book Business Skills workshop and CAN-CC goals.
1. Meeting is to be set up for July with Business Skills and CAN-CC talking to each other in the last half our (Gordon/Roxanne to help set- up)
6. Discussed what a core, vs shared facility vs shared resource, vs core lab is and what the heck is in our name!

ACTION ITEMS:

1. Please review Ben Wrights resume and Statement of Intent to join CAN-CC

2. Please let me know of your membership status on this committee.
3. Gordon/Roxann please update me on if Business skills can come to our next meeting for 30 min.
