Hello all,
Does anyone have experience with troubleshooting an IncuCyte S3? I am acting as equipment manager for a department that has one. It is currently having trouble focusing, but only under phase contrast. Red & green seem ok at this time.
We are trying to determine if the issue is possibly due to the light source doing a gradual fail or something with the autofocus. I was unable to find information on whether the focusing or other metrics in the software would be useful.
Contacting Sartorius for repairs is cost-prohibitive, so we need to find another solution.
