Hi Everyone,

Following up to our conversation from last week on "The paper". 

I've had several conversations with the Editors on this and while we are narrowing down length and size, while handing a lot of information that was collected in the sessions, this needs to be slimmed down further.

Below are the recommendations and the action items where I am seeking help from the group.  I will need your input by Thursday, August 21.

Recommendations and Actions:

1. For the Results section, slim down each of them to include only two paragraphs:
1. Key Takeaways from the Theme Discuss across the Focus Groups given this topic
2. A summary of what this means for Institutions to act upon.
• I have assigned this part to three members of this group already and we are working on this section.
2. For the Discussion:
1. A set of recommendations for Institutions that can be addressed, regardless of your size, structure, and culture.
• I am seeking a recommendation from each of you based on the attached information.  Please send the following:
1. Your Recommendation
2. A paragraph that gives your recommendation some context on why it is being recommended and any literature that backs up your recommendation.

This has been quite the paper to pull together, I will be honest.  I appreciate everybody's help in pulling this together and hope we can get this across the finish line!
