    Research!America: Discovery. Innovation. Health. Has invited Yvette Seger to talk about the recent Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) proposing significant changes to 2 CFR 200 and administration of federal financial assistance and provide strategies for preparing comments as individuals and organizations. She will also talk about the importance of individual comments for activating a longer-term advocacy strategy against these changes.
