Hi All,
We are developing governance policy for our equipment booking and billing software iLab, which is used by our core facilities, as well as some local areas of the University. We've got a starting framework, but there is no other similar policy at our university, so we're concious that we might be missing some important considerations.
We were wondering if any institutions already have similar policy/guidelines for software such as ilab, PPMS etc that they would be willing and able to share? Or any insights and lessons learned going through the same process?
