Hello Hiveminds,

We are looking to add a digital PCR system as a shared resource in our Genomics Core. So far, we have looked into Absolute Q from Thermofisher and QIAcuity from Qiagen. Does anyone have recommendations for any of these or other systems out there?

Hi Sharad,

We've done a close comparison (head-to-head samples) of the QIAcuity and Absolute Q. Previously, we had used the droplet-based system as well. In a nutshell, the Absolute Q vastly outperformed the QIAcuity. Happy to give details if interested!
