Hello Everyone,
I'm excited to share that The University of Pittsburgh recently launched its inaugural executive education program, The Academy: Facility Leadership and Management, a collaboration between the School of Business and Pitt Research. This five-day program brought together 16 core facility leaders to strengthen foundational business skills in strategy, accounting, marketing, operations, leadership, and teamwork. The course consisted of a blend of lectures, small group discussions, case studies, stakeholder journey mapping, simulations, and networking opportunities. With strong interest and positive feedback from course participants, future offerings will be available to participants from other institutions.
