ABRF Colleagues,

The ABRF Education Committee would like to remind you that there are five pre-meeting workshops scheduled for Sunday, May 7, to enable you to add more valuable education to your 2023 ABRF meeting experience.

The pre-meeting workshops are:

1.  Business Skills for Core Facility Personnel (8:30 am – 5:00 pm)

2. Effective Use of Data Repositories to Enable Rigor, Reproducibility, and Transparency in Research while Meeting NIH Data Management Plan Requirements (1:00 – 5:00 pm)

3.  Implementing Spatial Transcriptomics in Core Facilities (1:00 – 5:00 pm)

4.  Rethinking Skills Education & Training for Core Employees (1:00 – 5:00 pm)

5.  Using R/R Studio for Reproducible Data Analysis and Visualization
(8:30 am - 5:00 pm)

Currently, registration for workshops 2-5 is below the minimum number needed to proceed.  With your help, we're hoping to be able to move forward with all of these.  Please take a moment to review the topics and descriptions for these member-developed programs and consider registering today. 

Feel free to share this message with your colleagues, including those in the Boston area who may be able to join us on Sunday afternoon.  (Registration for pre-meeting workshops is open to all and does not require registering for the entire Annual Meeting.).
