There is a perceived, possibly real, concern at my institution that people with data are having trouble finding people with analytical skills. Something like an internal GenoHub for bioinformatics has been raised as one possible way to address it. Meaning, analysts could post their skills and interest, people with data could post their study and data types and this would make it easier for them to find each other. Does anyone have anything like this at their institution and if so, how does it work and what was involved in building it?
