Dear ABRF members, the DNA Sequencing Research group is actively recruiting bioinformaticians to collaborate on our new proposed study, evaluating new DNA methylation analysis methods with current short read methods. Experience with methylation analysis will be critical, some areas of focus will be WGBS with short reads, long read sequencing with PacBio and ONT, and Illumina EPIC array.
