    Dear All,

Below is a "copy paste"of the message iLab is circulating.

I fully support this schedule change and hope that many of us will be able to attend this event in March 2026.

    _______________

I am writing today to share an important update regarding the iLab User Group Conference.

The September dates originally selected for the upcoming event conflict with Rosh Hashanah. We sincerely apologize for this oversight. To ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate, we have made the decision to reschedule the event.

    New Date & Location:
The next in-person iLab User Group Conference will now take place alongside the ABRF Annual Meeting, happening March 28–31, 2026, in Pittsburgh.

We heard your feedback about travel and budget challenges, so we are aligning with ABRF in hopes of making it easier for you to attend. While the exact date and schedule for our sessions are still being finalized, we wanted to give you this update as early as possible so you can plan accordingly.

    What's Not Changing:
Our commitment to staying connected to you!  In addition to the upcoming in-person conference, we are offering two other ways to engage with the iLab team:

    1. Virtual Update on New iLab Development – September 25, 2026 (meeting links to follow)
    2. ABRF South Central Core Collective (SC3) Conference – September 30, 2026. For those in the region, iLab will have representatives present and a dedicated breakout room to connect.

We appreciate your excitement and continued interest in this long-awaited event. We are ready to bring the iLab community together, both virtually and in person. We look forward to connecting with you in September and March.

If you have any questions or need further details, please feel free to contact us.

    Warm Regards,
