    Hi WACD Team,

    I'm with Standard BioTools, where I'm leading West Coast collaborations focused on combining imaging mass cytometry (IMC) with spatial transcriptomics platforms like 10x Genomics Xenium and NanoString CosMx. This approach unlocks 40+ protein-level markers on the same tissue section, giving core labs and their researchers much deeper spatial insights.

    This summer, we're looking to partner with a select group of labs to generate new data using this integrated workflow. If your core is working with spatial transcriptomics and interested in participating in a pilot study, I'd love to connect. One of the project goals is for us to support someone from your lab presenting the work at an up coming spatial biology conference.
