Our university was approached by a Covid testing company in our area that is shutting down and looking to donate some equipment. We have been offered the MGISTP-7000RS Sample Transfer Processing Robot and the MGISP-NE384RS Automated Nucleic Acid Extractor. Does anyone have experience working with either of these MGI robots? If you have used or evaluated either of this, I would be interested in whether they are easy to maintain/support and if they can be modified from their current set up (set up to process screw top tubes, most projects we have use small cryotubes). Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
