    ABRF Members,

     

    ABRF wants to customize your membership experience based on your interests, experience, and needs.

     

    To support this, we are launching a new communications tool to create brief, targeted conversations with each of you.  This tool will consist of a short message asking you a question, for example, "What is Your Job Title?" and providing you with links to more information and resources in response to your feedback.

     

    We see this tool as a way to reduce the volume of "one-size-fits-all" messages sent to every member, to move to a more specific discussion with you that's more relevant and useful.

     

    The basic model of the process is as follows:

     

    1. ABRF 1-question message
    2. Member selection/response
    3. Direct to links/information tied to member's response

     

    We plan to start to use this tool to help complete Member Profile data, so that you won't need to go to the ABRF web site to update or complete your profile.
