Dear SC3 Members,

We're excited to announce that the application process to join the 2026 SC3 Organizing Committee is now open! The 2026 meeting will be held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and we're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make it another successful event.

Applications will be open till November 28th, 2025, and we encourage anyone interested in contributing their ideas, skills, and energy to apply.

To learn more about the committee roles and what it's like to serve, we'll be hosting two Town Hall "Meet the OC" sessions where the 2025 Organizing Committee will share their experiences and answer questions:

• November 5th at 2PM– Join Zoom Meeting
• November 7th at 10AM- Join Zoom Meeting

Come meet the team, learn more about the roles, and find the best fit for you!
