  • 1.  KOD Extreme Enzyme needed for PacBio Ampli-Fi protocol

    Hello ABRF Community,
    The Whitehead Genome Core is planning to do the PacBio Ampli-Fi library prep, but we need a third party enzyme that is backordered until August. PacBio is actively trying to come up with alternatives, but in the meantime, I wondered if anybody might have an excess and be willing to part with a tube? Our intention would be to buy it, with a PO or similar. I'd also be interested in hearing if others have successfully used alternative enzymes with this kit. 
    The item is: KOD Xtreme Hot Start DNA polymerase (200U) (Millipore Sigma 71975-3).
