Robyn,
In addition to our animal imaging group, MSK also has a facility focused on evaluating of agents with potential therapeutic activity ... in our case usually anti-cancer agent which is why it is called the Anti-Tumor Assessment Core Facility. The facility works closely with investigators to establish in vivo mouse models; design and execute pharmacokinetic, toxicity, and in vivo efficacy studies; and determine the best formulation, administration route, and treatment schedule for each new compound, either alone or in combination with other agents.
You can find more information here (https://www.mskcc.org/research-areas/core-facilities ... 1st and 2nd ones listed) as well as the email address of the core directors.
If you will be at ABRF 2023 next month, the head to the Anti-Tumor Assessment Core will be there and I was hoping to connect her with other attendees with similar areas of expertise. She has been doing this for a long time, but I really want her to know her peers in ABRF.

Subject: Pre-Clinical Core
Does anyone here run another pre-clinical core who does work with animal models? I am looking for anyone willing to discuss their core and what rates they charge.
Thanks,
Robyn
