Hi All,
I am part of a core you don't hear much of-an RPPA core-and am at my wit's end about finding replacement software for quantifying spots. We are currently using Array-Pro Analyzer (APA) by Media Cybernetics, but will have to switch soon as this application does not work on Windows 10 or higher and our old Windows 7 computer is on its last legs. Before APA, we used MicroVigene. While we prefer APA over MicroVigene, we could potentially switch back, but are not sure if this application will work on Windows 10+ either. We have also approached Mapix, but they require us to configure a lot of the application ourselves, which we do not have the time or resources to do. I have also contacted Media Cybernetics about newer software; they indicated they have Image-Pro which potentially can be configured for our purposes, but they have been dragging their feet about confirming if this is possible. (I also contacted Illumina, who said they do not have the type of software that meets our needs.)
Does anyone have any other recommendations for potential software for protein arrays? We use 16-bit grayscale TIFF images for quantification.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Doris
