The 2025 ABRF Annual Meeting Committee invites all ABRF members to submit program proposals for the March 23-26, 2025, meeting in Las Vegas.
The meeting theme, 'What Happens in Cores Doesn't Stay in Cores,' reflects the global impact and collaborative nature of Core facilities, shaping research across disciplines and borders. Within ABRF's expansive network, Cores serve as interconnected hubs, fostering the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and resources on a global scale.
We welcome your proposals for topics and speakers who will speak on one of the following:
- Core technology innovations
- Administration and management
- Staff development and retention
- Core visibility, advocacy, and support mechanisms
- Underrepresented Cores and technologies
- Role and future of AI in Core operations
- Data: computing, sharing, visualization
- Technical workshops/training
- Creative networking opportunities
These 75-minute sessions may be organized in various formats, including panel discussions, roundtables, or "ask the experts/fireside chats".
Presenters within accepted sessions will be eligible for partial expense reimbursement to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting.
Please complete this brief form with your proposed session information by May 31 or contact us if you have questions.
