    Dear fellow ABRF members, we are delighted to extend a warm welcome to the South Central Core Collective (SC3), a new ABRF regional chapter proudly representing Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Colorado, aimed at fostering a vibrant community of professionals dedicated to advancing research infrastructure and technological innovation, streamline administrative processes and tackle challenges faced by shared resource facilities, and foster invaluable networking relationships.

    As the SC3 navigates through these early stages your role is pivotal to our success, shaping the foundation of our chapter to not only advance the sciences but mitigate some of the common challenges we all face. Your expertise and engagement are key to building this collaborative community. As part of the SC3 regional chapter we encourage you to connect with your fellow members, use our SC3 community page through the ABRF website, or the email address, abrf-sc3@connectedcommunity.org.  

    Inaugural SC3 Meeting- Save the Date!
    We are excited to announce our very first SC3 Meeting set to take place October 8th-9th at Helix Park, Houston, Texas. This event will provide an opportunity for members to connect, share knowledge, discuss challenges and opportunities, and learn more about scientific advances.

    To ensure the meeting is as productive and relevant as possible, we kindly ask for your participation in a short survey. Your feedback will guide the committee organizers in planning the agenda, selecting topics of interest, and addressing the specific needs of our diverse community. Please take a minute to complete this brief survey.

    Yes! The plan is to go to Sonora Mexican Kitchen and Bar on Tuesday night around 6:30pm! It'll be on the SC3 slide so keep an eye out! Looking forward to getting together!
