I am trying to judge usage per PI for Krios and Glacios. Is there a rule of thumb for the amount of usage (samples or days /year) on a Krios and/or a ratio between Krios use and screening instrument use? Looking to understand usage impact for a generic PI that uses cryo EM as a tool (early-mid career).
Any experience?
